Meet Amy

Amy Purkis is a dedicated leader in pediatric care with over 20 years of experience supporting children and families. Amy is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) and a licensed special educator. Having worked in leadership roles in both private and nonprofit settings, Amy works closely with clinical teams to ensure families receive high-quality, compassionate, and well-coordinated care. Amy’s background as a behavior analyst and educator shapes her family-centered approach—she believes that when children are supported with understanding, structure, and kindness, they can thrive. She is passionate about creating welcoming environments where children are excited to learn, and parents feel heard, supported, and confident in their child’s care.

When she isn’t at work, Amy enjoys traveling, yoga, and spending time with her four rescue dogs.
