Supporting Growth Through Compassionate, Individualized Therapy

At Full Spectrum Therapy Care, our services are rooted in compassionate, research-driven ABA therapy that honors each child’s individuality and lived experience. We partner closely with children and families to provide high-quality, trauma-informed care that is ethical, respectful, and deeply personalized. Our approach prioritizes assent-based, child-led practices and natural environment teaching—creating learning experiences that feel safe, empowering, and meaningful, not forced or clinical.

Through individualized treatment plans, we focus on building critical life skills that support long-term success and independence. Our therapy programs target core developmental areas including communication, social interaction, adaptive living, play and leisure, emotional regulation, and coping skills. By combining evidence-based methods with relational, family-centered care, we help children develop the skills they need to thrive—at home, in school, and in their communities—while supporting families every step of the way.

  • Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a research-based therapy that helps individuals build meaningful skills that support communication, independence, emotional regulation and daily life.  At its core, ABA focuses on understanding how learning happens and using that understanding to teach new skills in ways that are supportive, respectful and effective.

At our clinic, ABA is delivered through compassionate, trauma informed care that honors each child’s individuality, voice and autonomy.

Therapy is child-led and assent based, meaning we prioritize trust, collaboration and engagement-never force or compliance alone.

We use natural environment teaching, embedding learning into everyday routines, play and real-life experiences so skills are functional and meaningful.

    What families can expect

    • Individualized, research-informed treatment plans

    • Family-centered collaboration and family support

    • Skills taught in natural real-life environments

    • Respect for each child’s strengths, needs and communication style

    • A focus on quality of life, independence, and connection

  • Our home based ABA services provide individualized, evidence based support in the setting where children and families spend the most time-their home.  Services are designed to build meaningful skills that support daily routines, independence, communication, emotional regulation and positive family interactions.

  • Caregivers are active partners in treatment.  Parent coaching and family training are embedded into services to ensure strategies are practical, respectful, and sustainable beyond therapy sessions. Programs are supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and are continuously monitored to ensure high quality, ethical and research based care.

  • Our center based ABA services provide high quality, individualized support in a structured, welcoming clinical setting designed to promote learning, connection and growth.  Services are rooted in evidence based practices and delivered through a child led assent based and trauma informed approach.  The center environment allows for intentional teaching across a variety of skill aras while offering consistent routines, peer interaction opportunities, and access to specialized materials and spaces. Natural environment teaching is embedded throughout the center day to promote generalization of skills beyond the therapy room.

  • Our ABA social skills groups provide structured supportive opportunities for children to build meaningful social and communication skills alongside peers.  Groups are thoughtfully designed to promote connection, collaboration and confidence in a safe affirming environment.

Using evidence-based ABA strategies, skills are taught through role play, natural interactions and real-life practice.  Instruction is child-led, assent based and trauma informed, with an emphasis on respecting individual communication styles, boundaries and neurodiversity.  Groups are carefully matched by age, developmental level, and social goals to encourage peer interaction and skill generalization.

  • Our BCBA’s provide contracted consultation services to support students and school teams within the public school setting. Services focus on improving student access to learning through evidence based, ethical, and educationally relevant behavior support.

Consultation services may include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and monitoring behavior intervention plans aligned with IEP goals, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, providing staff coaching and training, reviewing data, and making data based recommendations.  The BCBA may participate in IEP meetings and provide guidance as requested.

All services are consultative in nature and are delivered in accordance with BCBA ethical standards, applicable state regulations, and district policies, with an emphasis on collaboration, capacity building, and positive behavior supports.

  • Our food tolerance without tears training is a gentle, child-led approach designed to help individuals increase acceptance of foods without the use of pressure, force or distress.  The focus is on building comfort, curiosity and flexibility around food through gradual exposure and positive experiences rather than compliance based feeding strategies.  This approach is especially appropriate for children with sensory sensitivities, feeding aversions, or a history of stressful mealtime experiences.  The goal is not immediate consumption, but long term positive relationships with food, improved mealtime participation, and reduced stress for both the child and the family.  This program is based upon the work of Dr Greg Hanley.  Clients must be medically cleared in order to start this therapy.

  • "Full Spectrum Therapy Care Services has been an incredible partner in supporting meaningful growth and progress. Their team is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to understand each individual’s unique needs."
