Meet Julie

Julianne MacKinnon is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA), she is also a Massachusetts-licensed intensive special education teacher (K-12) with nearly three decades of experience supporting individuals with autism and related developmental differences. She holds an Educational Specialist degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons College, a Master’s degree in Special Education from Fitchburg State University, and an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. 

Her professional background spans public schools, private schools, and private ABA clinics, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of educational and clinical service delivery across settings. She has worked extensively with individuals with autism ages 2 through 22, collaborating closely with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver ethical, individualized, and evidence-based care.

She is the Owner and Clinical Director of Full Spectrum Care LLC, an ABA clinic located in Marshfield, Massachusetts, where she provides clinical leadership, supervision, and high-quality services rooted in best practices and compassionate care. Her work is guided by a deep commitment to empowering individuals, supporting families, and fostering meaningful, lifelong outcomes.
