Meet Katie

Katie Fox is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) with extensive experience supporting children with autism and other developmental disabilities. She has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2016 and has dedicated her career to helping children build meaningful skills, increase independence, and improve their quality of life. Katie’s professional experience extends back to 2007, when she first began working with children with diverse learning needs, sparking her passion for behavioral intervention and education.

Katie earned her Master’s degree in Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from Cambridge College and became a BCBA in 2020. She brings a compassionate, evidence-based, and family-centered approach to her work, collaborating closely with caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans that support lasting progress.

Outside of her professional role, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and their two golden retrievers. She also loves exploring new restaurants and staying active through F45 training.
